Narrative

I am a second-year graduate student in the department of sociology at University of Minnesota. I received my M.A. and B.A. degrees from Korea University in South Korea. My principal research interests include organizations, work and occupations, law and social policy, life course, and quantitative methods. My current research primarily focuses on how organizations implement flexible work arrangements. Recent publication includes Korean Journal of Sociology.
