Joachim Savelsberg – new ASC Fellow
Professor Savelsberg is among a select group of faculty awarded the American Society of Criminology honorary title of "Fellow" in the July/August newsletter. This recognition is for those who have made a scholarly contribution to the intellectual life of the discipline and made a significant contribution to the field through the career development of other criminologists. The CLA Student Board has selected Teresa Gowan as the recipient of the 2007-08 Outstanding Professor Award. Nominations are sought from CLA students and only one professor is honored each year. Congratulations, Teresa!!
